Hi there, I am Rob.

I am 35 years old and live in the Staffordshire Moorlands in England, UK. 

I have recently started to practice Polyamory at the start of 2024. Having spent 3 years researching the CNM/ ENM lifestyle, especially around Poly relationships, I found it hard to source guidance and references that relate to a British Solo Poly male. I found a lot of information was based on anchor partners opening up their marriage or relationships, and based in the USA.

Hence why I wanted to start a UK based podcast sharing my Solo Poly lifestyle.
